- 1 cup Mixed Berries (of your choice)
- 1 Banana
- 150 ml Plain Yoghurt
- 1 tblspoon Organic Honey
Make your own Smoothie Cubes are a great way to preserve seasonal fruit, and perfect for super-quick smoothies. Just add your frozen cubes to your favourite milk and blitz.
- Purée a fruit (try blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, passion fruit and mango, in a food processor, leave pips in or sieve.
- Add to your Guber tray and then freeze
- To serve, add some cubes along with banana, yoghurt, honey and milk to your blender
