Smoothie Cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (of your choice)
  • 1 Banana
  • 150 ml Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 tblspoon Organic Honey

Directions:

Make your own Smoothie Cubes are a great way to preserve seasonal fruit, and perfect for super-quick smoothies. Just add your frozen cubes to your favourite milk and blitz.

  1. Purée a fruit (try blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, passion fruit and mango, in a food processor, leave pips in or sieve.
  2. Add to your Guber tray and then freeze
  3. To serve, add some cubes along with banana, yoghurt, honey and milk to your blender
