Cauliflower cheese Purée

Introduce your baby to cauliflower and cheese with a purée designed for the early days of weaning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets (about 250g florets)
  • 25g grated cheddar
  • baby’s milk

Directions:

  1. Put the cauliflower florets into a steamer over simmering water and cook for around 10-15 mins until tender.
  2. Add the cauliflower, still warm, to a food processor with the cheese and a splash of milk and blitz until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides of the bowl a few times while blitzing to get a smooth consistency throughout.
  3. Add content to your Guber tray so that its evenly spread and in line with ‘Max’ fill line, then freeze.
