Avocados are packed with nutrients so they’re perfect for weaning your baby. They’re rich in monounsaturated fat, the ‘good type’ of fat as well as vitamin E which boosts the immune system.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • Baby’s milk

Directions:

  1. Cut a small avocado in half, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh.
  2. Mash together with a little of your baby’s usual milk.
  3. Pour puree into your tray and freeze
